Park America/Penn Warwick garage is located behind the restaurant on Chancellor Street between 17th and 18th street. You can access Tavern 17 by entering the back entrance of the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel from the garage into the hotel lobby.  The restaurant is on your left.  Park America offers an $8.00 discount parking rate for patrons of Tavern 17 with validation from restaurant for up to 3 hours.
